The famous red beet soup “Barszcz”, filled dumplings “Pierogi”, sauerkraut-and-meat-stew “Bigos” or Polish sour rye soup “Żurek” are popular also outside our country. The Polish specialties like roasted duck, venison or various types of delicious cakes are also worth tasting. After an interesting programme during the day, you will delight yourself consuming the Polish traditional dishes in restaurants and inns of the region. A glass of wine from Polish vineyard or beer from one of the national breweries as well as famous “Żubrówka” will be of course a perfect supplement.
