Arrival in the Polish capital and meeting with our tour guide. After check in, guided Old Town walk to see Warsaw’s amiable narrow alleys restored. Warsaw today is booming. Skyscrapers and modern shopping malls with international brands are the hallmark of the more than 2,5 million people metropolis. The Polish capital is the biggest city in the country and there is no other so diversified, eventful and dazzling. Among the skyscrapers you feel like in Manhattan. The city is home to different universities and so it is not strange, that you find many clubs, coffee shops and pubs around the Palace of Culture and Science – the landmark of Warsaw.
After breakfast, visit to the Warsaw University – the faculty can be chosen by you! After seeing the building, you will have a meeting with Polish students. Afterwards, you will be able to find out about the condition of Polish economy during a visit to a factory, enterprise or business corporation, which is planned at noon. In the afternoon, city sightseeing tour of Warsaw incl. look-out point on the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture Science.
In the morning, guided walk in the area of the former ghetto. You will see the memorial and the Pawiak prison, erected by the German Gestapo. Afterwards, you discover the royal district of Wilanów with its Summer Palace. A splendid park and a garden construction are also worth a visit. The programme ends with a walk through the Łazienki Park, a green oasis in the heart of the city. In the center of the park, there is a monument of the composer Frederic Chopin. Evening free – our tour guide recommends pubs and clubs, where you can party all night long.
