1. Request & Offer

Group inquiries may be send formless to us by e-mail, phone or fax. Our offers are free of charge and without any commitments for you. If a concrete travel date was requested by you, we make a pre-reservation in the hotel(s) and inform you about the option date. Furthermore, we inform you as part of the offer on the exact itinerary, as well as on payment and cancellation dates.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Your booking, which will be confirmed by us, must be made in writing.

3. Sales Support

To support your promotion campaigns, online and catalogue layout, we are offering about 6,500 pictures from all over Poland – free of charge. Further information you can find in the login area on this website.

4. Payments & Cancellations

You will receive our invoice three weeks before arrival. Clients are kindly requested to pay the total amount within one week after receipt. As a rule, group cancellations are free of charge until 30 days before arrival. With our detailed offer you will receive all information regarding the cancellation conditions for the hotels on the requested tour.

5. Travel Documents

After receipt of the payment you will get our vouchers as well as the final information with hotel addresses, programme times, meeting points, name and mobile phone number of the tour guide and local guides etc.

6. Additional Services & Changes

For additional bookings (e.g. programme services) and changes (e.g. travel date) done within the free cancellation deadline, we do not charge a processing fee.

7. Final Invoice

Immediately after the end of the trip you will get our final invoice. Overpayments are paid back or can be booked, by mutual agreement, as a down payment for your next group.
